Portland, Oregon natives & Tigard high school sweethearts, Gordon & Pamela Anderson have operated Anderson Door & Window Mechanics Inc. since 1989. Leaving the Air Force as a C-130 Aircraft Mechanic in 1974, Gordon found employment with Bingham Willamette Company in N.W. Portland building Nuclear Reactor Coolant Pumps until they closed their doors in 1983, at which point Gordon entered the building trades installing and weather stripping doors and windows, which eventually lead to the formation of their company, which over the course of several decades, has perhaps become one of the most comprehensive door and window installation and repair companies in the world.
