I am very happy with the work the “crew” did on installing the new glass in my windows. Everyone did a good job!

Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid have done another great job for Siltronics preventative maintenance program. On this last trip they were able to address all the doors on campus. For the first time I felt that if someone had to get out of any building in a hurry, the doors would not be a problem. If you asked the boys, they would say that we had more than one door that would not work or open.

All the technicians were clean, nice and very professional. They did a great job.

It is never easy to face large unexpected expenses and it makes it that much harder when part of your home has to be torn apart for repairs. Your company displayed professionalism, expertise, and experience through the entire repair project and that was quite helpful through a trying situation. I really appreciated the honest best estimates and discussions about what to expect. I felt like it was not just another job but that you were working for me to get the best quality and price from subcontractors and vendors. I don’t really want to run into anymore problems with my home, but if I do I would gladly return to your company for future door or window repairs.

Eleven years ago, (it is now 2015) we found Gordon and Pamela Anderson and their son, Jared, of Anderson Door and Window Mechanics. At the time, our heating/air conditioning bills were enormous, as all of our windows were the original single-pane variety where the prior owners had covered the 5 windows that overlook Lake Oswego with an outer glass cover with a space in-between. During the winter, there was lots of moisture, trapped in-between the two. Further complicating matters was the fact that the windows were all non-standard. In all, we had the Andersons replace twelve windows, one of which was ten feet in height with the top matching an angled roofline. Plus, we replaced the front door (with glass insert) with a side-light window, a standard door with glass insert out to the deck on the lake, replaced a single pane slider with French Doors with glass inserts out to the deck on the lake, and installed a very large slider from the Master Bedroom leading out to the deck on the lake for a total of 12 windows two doors, one slider and one set of French Doors. Their work was impeccable, our house was always clean, inside and out, and we lived in the house during the construction, which was a piece of cake. These guys are really good. Our energy bills were reduced by 60%. The new insulated glass was guaranteed for ten years, and during that time, we had two window failures, one in the tenth year. They were replaced in a very timely fashion with a smile on their faces. This is a true testament to the quality of their products, their service, and most importantly, their word. We could not be happier with what they did for us.
